Among our primary services, the service that we provide the most is local repair. Do you have a stubborn unit that could use a lot of work or encountered a problem you cant figure out? `Well we can handle anything your unit throws our way at our shop that is located in Englewood Colorado. We specialize in fixing concrete pumps but we still accept all commercial trucks / some heavy equipment. Feel free to contact us to coordinate a time when your ready to bring a unit by. Our shop address is on our "contact" page. Our rate is 175 an hour and we charge a 1 hour minimum.
As previously mentioned we get most of our work done in house but if you have a downed unit or simply do not want to make the trip then we can come to your location. Although be aware that we typically operate on a first come first serve basis both locally and when were mobile. This means if it isn't a scenario where immediate action is required to finish a job / remove the unit from site or an actual emergency and you need mobile repair, then we might have to schedule you out further dependent upon availability. We will travel all over Colorado where were based in and all over the 50 united states for you but not out of country. Our hourly rate remains the same for local / mobile repair but our in state travel fees are: 50$ each way within 15 miles, 15-25 miles is 75$ each way, 25-50 miles is 100$ each way, 100 miles is 150$ each way, and beyond that needs to be discussed. As for traveling out of state we will charge you for our travel and lodging expenses for the duration of our visit and a daily 8 hour minimum at our rate 175$ an hour.
We are certified to perform D.O.T inspections and are up to date on current literature. As the title states we can perform these inspections locally or at your location. We charge 225$ per D.O.T inspection locally. For a mobile D.O.T inspection the base price remains the same. Although, depending on the mileage, we will charge you the same travel rates that we would for mobile work. (Our travel rates are listed in the mobile repair category.) We are flexible and can inspect just a single, to a fleet of commercial units at any time of the year. Otherwise, we can make an agreement to inspect your fleet annually at any time of the year as well.

Do you have a fleet that you especially care about that you want to last the test of time? Well then schedule a visit or routine visits from TNT for our extraordinary fleet maintenance! The time slot we prefer for these services is on any given Saturday
but if certain factors do not allow this we can perform on a different day. When scheduled we simply will come to your location and service your entire fleet each service interval within the same day. A typical complete bumper to bumper service consists of: engine oil being changed, fuel and oil filters being changed, air filter(s) being changed, if equipped and due coolant filters being changed. As well as checking all fluids, greasing all pivot points, and finally inspecting the drive train, air, braking, and other components. On units equipped with hydraulic systems, we will also replace the hydraulic filters when due and check the hydraulic oil level and fill it to level if necessary. A service is typically 2-3 hours of labor depending on the size of unit and service performed and there will be a travel charge for each way. (Our labor rate is 175$/hour and our travel rates are listed in mobile service above.) Also, our customers typically source the service supplies like filters etc. but if you are unsure of what you need we can assist with that as well.
TNT also trains people how to operate and drive concrete pumps! With over 30 years of experience operating, driving, and fixing concrete pumps and big rigs, training people just comes naturally.
Finally, if you are on a job site and your concrete pump suddenly gives you serious trouble or you just need some quick advice about something give us a call. These units can be finicky and often times something very small or occasionally big that you would never guess is causing the issue. That being said, as long TNT is around you'll never have to worry about losing concrete and it causing damage to your pump / costing you more money than necessary in general. This is because we have a 100% success rate of fixing the issue or preventing the pump from under performing beforehand over the phone or on the job site. If we cannot help you over the phone and you are having an emergency we can travel out and help you get by.
